•        Step 2: Apply on - Entry Level Direct Applicants
•        Step 3: Select option Engineering Graduates and Post Graduates.

We invite alumni of GTBKIET for 2010 and 2011 batches, as per the CRITERIA enumerated below.

Criteria details are given below:

Position : Associate Software Developer – 30 positions

Criteria:
1) Qualification: MCA, Btech (IT)/CSE (2010/2011 passouts)
2) Minimum 60% in aggregate in final degree.
3) No backlogs

All candidates are required to bring a copy of their Resume and a photograph with them at the time of Registration/Interview.

Selected candidates will have to sign 1 year service agreement with the Company.

Candidates who have appeared for OAT India’s recruitment process during period of last 3 months will not be eligible to participate in this drive.
Salary (Cash in hand figure) : Rs 2,00,000 to 2,50,000 + medical insurance

First performance review will be held after completion of 6 months of service based on which considerable increment in salary will be given to each candidate. In the first year of service performance review and salary increment is done twice.
